The faulty/damaged product must be returned to us or given photographic proof via eBay message to check the status. Once the issue confirmed, we will do replacement or refund.
The warranty does not include any human injuries, damage or failure of the other bike parts or any other losses due to accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, intention, improper assembly, improper maintenance or normal wear
